Can I apply for AP to National Benefits Center ??

I see from BCIS website that National Benefits Center have fastest processing time for Advance Parole (AP).

I have my I-485 application in Vermont and I have already submitted one AP with Notice date of December 3, 2003 to Vermont Center.

Can I apply for AP again to National Benefits Center so that I can get faster. If yes, what is the address ?
