Can I apply for 7th year extension

I have applied for a I-140 LC substtitution on 09-28-02. Can I apply for a 7th year extension using this I-140 reciept.

My time runs out very soon. Any quick reply greatly appreciated.

What is the best option I have

My 6 years run out on 7th jan 2003.

Option 1.
I was away from US while I was on L1 for 50 days. If I reclaimed it, will I be able to apply for my I-485 right away and then apply hope my EAD is approved before Feb end 2003.

Option 2.
I had a labor filed when I was in an older jon in 1998. Can I use that labor to file for my 7th year extension. Do I need the original labor approval to file for 7th year extension. The company no longer exists.
What do I need prove that the labor was filed.

Does it make a difference if that labour was used by some body else (labor substitution).

Option 3.
Can I file for 7th year extension on a file I-140 in a labor substitution case.

Any help appreciated.

Dear rrao

Is the option 2 really workable. I too in similar situation.
I got my LC approved from company A two years back. Now I am with company B, can I use that approval from company A to get 7th year extension.

Any more info you have will be appriciated.
