Does anyone know if I can show up and apply the EAD (First time, did not file EAD application with I-485 last year) in the local BCIS office? Or do I have to mail it to CSC?
I-765 form instruction says for (C)(9) category, "fiel your application at the same local INS office or Service Center where you submitted your adjustment of Status application." My AOS paper work was filed by my attorney to CSC last year, but I am wondering if I can apply EAD in local office by myself.
