Can I apply EAD after 6 months of 140 Approval

Hello,

I am not sure if there is a law that permits for me to apply for my EAD not 485 after 6 months of 140 approval.

EB3 / with a Approved 140 from Nebrasaka.

Please Advice.

You can only apply for EAD or AP after you have submitted a I-485. You can submit both with the I-485 if you wish. Approved I-140 does nothing for you in this regard.
