Can I apply B1 if H1 is already stamped

Hi!

I recently got my H1b Visa stamped. I contact my US employer and they mentioned it will take 2-3 month for me to fly. My current company in India is offering me a short visit on B1 visa to US. Can I get B1 visa when recently H1B visa is stamped on my passport. Is it possible my H1B visa will be cancelled? Also can I transfer my H1B visa in US even though I landed on B1?

yes B visa will be issued and h1 will be cancelled
there is no other way.
Once you are in US on h1 visa and establish status by
at least receiving 2 pay stubs ,u can transfer
otherwise it is very difficult,although may not be impossible
