Just want to check can I and spouse submit Individual OCI application (instead of combine family) , if both of us are applying at same time?

What are the advantage, if any, of doing family application for me and spouse, instead of doing individual, apart from saving some mailing and travesia porocessing money?

You can apply whatever way you want. As stated in your mail apart from saving some $$ in mailing expense there is no other benefit in applying together.
