Can I add my spouse later?

Hello All:

I am in process of applying for my I-485 now. I am going to get married in couple of months. Can I add my spouse to my AOS process after two months. If I add her at that time, is it going to delay my AOS process?

Yes, you can marry and add your wife as long as you are on H1 status to sponsor her H4 (if she is joining you as a dependent) and before you get your I-485 approved.
This is not going to delay your I-485 processing.

Yes ! That is correct ..You can add you spouse up until your final AD date...I am in the same category....
