Can I-485 and I-140 be approved in local office?

Dear All,

My I-140 and I-485 were concurrently filed at Texas center in Jan. 2004. But both were transferred to a local office. My interview is scheduled next week. Is it possible for me to get my I-485 and I-140 approved at the interview?

I never heard interview for I140 from anybody. People also suggest that...take lawyer with you, get some more ideas from "gurus".
