quick background
1)Came to the US on L1A in Oct 2003
2)got a fresh H1B in Oct 2007
3) H1B is valid till Sept 2010 so is my I94.
4) No Green Card or permanent immigration process begun
Questions:
So can I continue working and be in this country till Sept 2010? According to me my 6 yrs will be over Oct 2009 - So does my H1B and I94 override this rule?
