Can H1 B visa holder do part time work

Hi,

I am on H1B visa. Many of my friends who are also on H1B visa are doing partime business like quixtar and they are earning quite an extra amount in this business. And some of them have started participating in paid online surveys and they are getting some extra amount.

But I want to know is this legal for an H1B visa holder. Are these amounts subjected to taxes, if they are then how can they pay them

can i attend us consulate in germany

this is bannu from madrid . i am attending the U.S
counsulate for
H1 B visa in madrid in SPAIN . the officers said to
me u r degree is not elivated here. u r attend the
Indian counsulate in chennai, india. now i am applying for the
Student visa for germany .i got student visa in
germany, in India there is no time slot to attend the
U.S counsulte still march. now i want to attend the
us cousulate in germany. what is the problem to attend
the counsulate.why because in Madrid counsulate the
visa officers there is no any stamp to attested to my
passport(application recived). is there any problem to attend tha us
counsulate in germany.pls give me suggestion.
