I am a GC holder based in CA. My company wants me to go to Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a US commonwealth ( not a state ) and Puerto Ricans are US citizens though they pay no federal taxes.
My question: Can a US green card holder live and work in PUerto Rico and do the days spent there count towards US citizenship.
