Hello Forum:
I was wondering about this and thought will ask the forum experts as to what they think about , if G-28 can cause any damage to the 485 case.
- I had signed a G-28 earlier so that my company's Attorney can represent my case at NSC.
- For some odd reason, I got the RFE from NSC directly instead of my lawyer getting it.
- I tried conacting my lawyer but same old B****S***T.
- I am planning to respond to the RFE on my own, since this is related to Employment verification and I have already recvd. the required leter from my employer.
Question:
Am I okay responding to the RFE on my own.???
I personally think, it should not be a big deal for NSC, since this is MY case and G-28 just allows, attorney to represent my case on my behalf...G-28 nowhere mentions that the applicant itself looses power/authority to interact with the service center.
I am looking for verification on this..Guys please help.
I am ready with my papers for responding to this RFE,
Any inputs are much appreciated....Thanks
