I received my GC last week but still do not feel like a free man.
The reason is I was let go by my former employer, who sponsor my GC end of April. At that time, my I-140/I485 had been pending at USCIS for over 180 days.
I do not know whether they tried to withdraw the I-140 but my I-140 and I1-485 were approved end of last month ( one week apart ). Got the GC and approval notice last week.
Just wondering is there any possibility that my former employer can have USCIS revoke my GC? Am I going to live under this clout for years to come?
