I have a Bachelors in Engineering from India with 3.5 years work exp in India and 2.5 yrs in US. Can I apply under EB2-1 category. I read that the requirement for EB2-1 is masters or a Bachelors with 5 yrs exp. I want to confirm if the 5 yrs required is US experience, and also if I am affected by retrogression.
