Hello Esteemed Listers,

I am sure this must have been answered several times, but I would like to confirm it before I take the major decision. I am planning to use AC21 and my I-140 has been approved (Labor switch). And its been more than 6 months that my I-485 is pending. If I switch the job and if my current employer send a letter to USCIS to revoke the I-140, would that be considered by USCIS. Or it is only considered if I-140 is pending.

I have a very good offer with new employer (life turning opportunity), but my current employer don't want to loose his monthly free income. I am sure he would take any action if I leave the company.

Please suggest/advice me. Thanks a lot in advance.
