Can Employer file labour in diffrerent state

My company head office is in newyork and I work in Delaware.He is planning to register his office in Delaware .If this happens ,can he file my labour for GC in Delaware while head office is in New York.

Definitely Yes!!!

I guess, your employer can file labor from that state even if you have hq in ny.
But here would be certain more points to be looked at , such as pay slip, ur employment fromt hat office and so on.
Contact a lawyer, I guess, its one of normal situation where company has multiple offices!!!
