EB3 with priority date Nov. 02, LC pending at back log center.
Questions:
1. If employer change the job requirement to Bachelor + 5 year, will it be qualified EB2?
2. For same position, same employer, same employee, can employer file a new EB2 without cancel/withdraw the first EB3?
3. Can the same employer file a new EB2 for a different position for the same employee without cancel/withdraw the first EB3?
4. If the answer to 2 or 3 is yes. Can I pick which LC and priority date (EB3 with old priority date, EB2 with new priority date) to use for subsequent filing? can I file both together?
4. How long the PERM process currently takes? The attorney said it now takes 18 months, is it true?
