hi,
I am in the process of changing my job now. My employer was very satisfied with my work and I was even awarded a department level award for cost saving and customer satisfaction( I have proof of that, my photo appeared in our quarterly newsletter).
My I-140 was approved more than 1 year ago and my I-485 was filed more than an year ago too.
After I resigned, my employer(the sponsoring employer) has changed colors and is asking me to do tasks that are impossible to complete before I leave.
1) What are my options?
2) Can the employer cancel my I-140 now? Under what circumstances is a I-140 withdrwal accepted?
3) If the employer does not give me a copy of my Labor Certification and approved I-140, what are my options? How can I file my AC-21 then?
Please advice..
thanks!
