Can EB1-OR change jobs after I485 is filed
and still keep their Green Card process going ?
Gentlemen,
A friend of mine who recently got his green
card in the EB1-OR category had told me that
I need not wait till the I485 has been approved
or even filed for 6 months before changing jobs.
He says that EB1 people have a special "right"
where one can change jobs after I485 has been filed.
The employer may get annoyed, but if it is legal.
Has anyone heard of this before ?
