Can EAD trasfer to local office

This case is not mine . What could be the cause for it?

You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. To receive information about local office processing times.

Need not worry

I believe to balance the load on to some other ins offices, they do it randomly picking some application. This is my opinion based on the prior postings on this site. Nothing to be worried about it.
