Can EAD holders work for more than one companies at the sametime?

Can I use my EAD to work for more than one companies (e.g. my current employer and another company) and receive 1099 or w-2 from the other company? Can I have my own company and make profit? My 485 is pending.

Yes you can. EAD is absolutely unrestricted in that it authorizes you to do any work in any way.
