Yes, you can.

You can work anywhere(start yr own company, be a CEO of another company or even work on a gas station) and earn money provided the way you earn money is perfect "lawful".

why ead? you can even do that on h1.
the disadvantage of doing this(with h1 or ead) is- you can\'t process your own gc, and it has to be "c" corp (can\'t be "s" corp)
