Can EAD be filed in case of CP?

I got my labour cleared and I want to file for I140 in consular processing. Can I also apply for EAD simultanously with I140? Is EAD anything to do with CP or I485?

Is there any advantage of applying EAD?

I have one more questions
Is CP and I140 processing can be done simultaneously like I485 and I140? OR CP starts after I140 is completely done?
