Can DV-2013 winners subscribe for DV-2014 again?

Hello all,

I did win the DV-2013 (jay) but as I am not sure if I will also really get the greencard (you know 100.000 people get selected, 50.000 greencards are hended out... meaning.... another 50.000 people will eventually not get the greencard, which hypothetically could be me...)

So my question: is it legal for DV-2013 to enter the DV-2014 again?

Although 105K 'won' in DV13, only ~40% of those from Europe were notified (this is just my wild guess) so from what I understand, being notified means that they believe you'll get an interview. Otherwise why bother with your forms...

I did confirm this from KCC, and they said that there is no problem as such. A DV-2013 can apply for DV-2014, as both are different fiscal years. By the way, KCC also said that each and every case will get current, and it is only a matter of time. So, now worries, you will have your chance of interview.
