Wow! that means it will take total of 5 years to have the conditions removed from the temporary rez card. That's about the same amount of time it takes for an asylee to get an "unconditional GC."
And they wont be eligible for FAFSA, Pell Grants, and FSEPO Grants as students.
I'm not certian if it's a good deal at all. But it's much better than being an illegal alien though I guess.
