Can derived asylee go back to COP?

I heard from someone that if when asylum is approved, if asylee's dependent still has valid non-immigrant status and doesn't use any asylee related rights or documents, the dependent can still be treated as non immigrant. The dependent can still go back to home country of persecution.

Is that true?
 
One of my friends really needs a accurate answer of this question....???

hi zzzf, thanks for your question. I also want to know the fact about visiting COP by Derivative Aslyee.....does anybody know anything about this? your answer would be greatly appreciated.......!!!! NEPZ06
