can dependent of L1 B work in USA

hi,

I am on L1-B visa to USA and my wife on L2.

I have a question regarding the job of my wife, actually she has done her homeopathy degree.

what are the prerequisites if she has to do job in USA.

please let me know if anyone is aware of such things.

While EAD and SSN might be sufficient from an immigration perspective, she will not be able to practice medicine in the US due to US medical regulations. She will have to first undergo certain courses in the US prior to becoming eligible to work in the medical field.

She can however work freely in any other area that does not have any regulatory restrictions.
