Can dependants work?

Hi,
My wife got selected in the lottery. Once she and all her dependants receive the Green Card, can any of her dependants legally work in the US?

Yes. The GC is full permanent resident status, no restrictions on work etc.

This. All dependents get their own green card - it's not like other visas where dependents have certain restrictions. Indeed, there are cases where the principal applicant only activates their GC in order for their dependents to get theirs. Once all the GCs are active, even if the principal applicant abandons residence, the dependents are fine as long as they fulfil residence conditions etc.
