Can Conditional GC child sponsor H1 parents?

Hi Gurus,

I have received a conditional GC a couple of weeks ago as I was married to a US Citizen. My father works in USA on H1 and his Labor is pending for the last 3 years and he is getting extensions. We are not sure how long it is going to take as Labor is still not cleared.

1. Is it possible for me to sponsor my parents pending their Labor application?
2. Am I allowed to sponsor my parents as I am still have a conditional GC?
3. If I sponsor them, will my father has to take back his Labor? Can my parents keep both applications and process GC in parallel?

A very very very simple research on the USCIS website will tell you that LPR cannot petition for parents.... doesn't matter if the green card is conditional or unconditional. :rolleyes:

You can sponsor your parents after you become a USC (that is ~3 years from now)
