My LC has been approved in August 2006. In July, I was temporarily terminated by the company because of severance and got re-hired again. Now the company told me they have withdrawn my LC because of the termination. Is it possible to withdraw a LC that has been approved? Since I still work for the same employer, is it possible to re-activate the LC if it was actually withdrawn? I'm on my 7th year H1B so I don't think applying for a PERM is an option. Am I right?
I have already submitted I-140/485 application based on the approved LC. If the LC is withdrawn, will USCIS find out?
