Subject: can company A file PERM using company B's PERM proceedings for similar position in same geographic


Hi,

Company B finished PERM proceedings (advertisements and hiring attempts) for employee X but is not filing PERM.

Can company A use that same PERM proceedings to file PERM for employee Y for a similar position in same geographic location?


I appreciate any help in this regard.
