Can change more than once after 180 days

Can we change job more than once after 180 days.
Is there anyone else in the same boat.

My first company went out of business. I found a contract job (on W2) for about 3 months. Now I have a fulltime offer with a good company, I am not sure if I can accept it or not.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Mmm..from what I have read there is no specific regulation regarding this, so consult with a lawyer but you should be fine. I have seen couple of postings by people who have changed jobs twice...mmm..not sure though if they had any trouble later.

The basic choice would be whether to inform INS of the job change o not, it's totally optional, and it's usually better not to explicitly inform them. if you don't get an RFE and your case is approved then great, But consider what you're gonna do if you do get an RFE. If you join a job now , and work for about six months, that should be ok, as RFE's mostly only ask for last 6 months paystubs. I think you get 3 months to reply to an RFE, so you can also delay your reply so as to get enough paychecks from the employer you join now.
