Hello,
The USCIS web page states that I-140 petitions from residents of CA need to be sent to Nebraska Service Center. However, I know some lawyers in the CA area that send EB1 and NIW petitions to TSC (they say that they have seen a higher rate of acceptances at TSC, than at NSC). Is it advisable to do this? Or should we follow exactly what is written on the USCIS web page?
