Hi all,
I need a help that i am in C1/D visa , but not valid in land and i work in land illagaly. i heard in newyork state undocumented peoples can go to state schools and i heared kaplan english programs are giving i-20 for anybody who enroll there with 2,000 dollars fees and 5,000dollars of bank balance.
please help me if anybody knows about this and that would be great and appreciated.
