My company sponsored me for GC for job "A", while on H1-B. Labor cert and I-140 were approved and I'm now pending adjustment for I-485.
Meanwhile they transferred me to Job "B", which I am doing now (I have H1-B visa for job B).
Now they are offering me position for job "C" which includes duties of job "A" + job "B" and a salary 3 times larger than the one in the labor cert for job "A" (for whith I-485 is pending)
Question:
1- Is job "C" valid at time of AOS? (It includes duties of BOTH jobs "A" (labor cert) and "B"). Or it will be considered a completely new job and AOS will be denied??
2- Should I go back to job "A" and wait until 1 year or so after getting GC and then switch to job "C".
3- Is it OK to accept this job "C" while pending adjustment (on EAD)? If so, will I have to go to job "A" at time of adjustment?
