Can apply for EB-1(ea) & NIW at the same time

Can I apply for EB-1(ea) and NIW on two seperate I-140 applications. In order to maximize my chances.

Any experience on that.

You can apply simultaneously.

There is no problem to apply NIW and EB1 simultaneously. BUt you will need to remember to make petition tailored to the needs of each type. NIW (Exceptional abilities) has totally different requirements than EB1 (Extraordinary abilities) for proving the eligibility.

Offcourse your all attachments (Refernces etc. can remain same if they are written more in general. Check any good lawyer\'s web sites, I do not have links.
