Can apply both 485 and CP with I140??

Hi,
A quick ques:
i filed I140 (ND-Jun03 )with CP option.Can i simultaneously file I485 just to get the EAD so in case of job crisis i can use EAD for job change once I140 is approved, and go for AOS.
And if everything goes well in job then will continue CP and withdraw I485 and EAD.
