Hello,
Can you tell me whether INS takes finger prints for interim EAD card process. My wife had minor burns on her index finger. I\'m wondering whether INS needs finger prints for applying interim EAD, if so I have to wait until the burn got totally relieved. Please let me know about this

yes, but why not get iEAD anyways

I don\'t see why a burn should be any problem, when you do your fingerprint for interim EAD card you just put a tiny fingerprint on a piece of paper with your signature and becomes part of the interim card when it is laminated. Normally nobody even looks at the fingerprint, as it is very hard to see.
When we went for the normal FP, they asked for the EAD cards and compared the fingerprints closely, but if part of the fingerprint seems to match I don\'t think it should be any problem.
