Please help! Can anyone tell me the mailing address to for RFI?

Can anyone tell me the mailing address for returning RFI? I am really confused with the mailing address. WHich PO BOX should I put on the envelop? Replies are greatly appreciated!

They didnt say anything about mailing address. Thats why I need your guys' help! Please help.
 
i think there is a PO BOX on the letter, thats the address u need to send to
And look at the envelop, there is an address, they should be the same
 
Address for RFI

You got to sent your medical anf RFI to address on Upper right hand side
of the letter, PO Box-82521 which is general processing center.
 
Last time, I called USCIS to ask where I should send FP money for my son. They told me the address as belowing (where you fill your I-485):

USCIS
PO Box 87485
Lincoln, NE 68501-7485

It is not good to send to PO Box 82521 according to the info on USCIS website:

General Correspondence (Inquiries) (Sending applications or petitions to this address will only delay their processing)
P.O. Box 82521
Lincoln, NE 68501-2521

I am really confused, which address should I use?
Do we even have to pay for FP? Its not stated in the letter though. Please help me by answering there questions. Thank you!
