We filed our I485 at VSC on September. If my husband change the company to the Florida on March which is after 180 days, do we have to transfer the I485 to the TSC too? If we have to then how to transfer it? I mean to ask our lawyer to do it or ourselves to call IIO to transfer to?
Can anyone tell me about the I485 transfer?
