Is the 485 processing done via the RD or ND?????

Everytime I speak with an IIO, I get different answers - others say, they based it on the RD, others say its ND????

What the fr%*kin' h$ll is it really???? This is really frustrating...

That's true

When a new Rd month started, I think then they go by ND and also the State. Hence we see no proper order in approvals by ND wise also within that RD. The criteria here is not known, if asked whether case is assigned on what basis.

Venati, did you talk to IIO recently? Any clue

I spoke to him on 19th and was told that case is under review and should listen within a week. But already 12 days passed. I think after review they may assign. Any clue on your understanding?

My dates are: 08/15, 10/11, 12/27, process resumed on Jan 18th.

Yes, I spoke to IIO on 07/23 and she said my case has not been assigned and I should hear in few days.
