Can anyone share infopass experience?

Hi -

Can anyone share their experience with Infopass appointments? My case has been current for a long time and NC is also cleared. It was transferred from CSC to NSC on 3/7. My lawyer filed a couple of inquiries on the phone but never heard from NSC. I am thinking about making an appointment with infopass to find out more about my case. Will they have more information about my case at the appointment? Is the immigration officer nice and helpful? Thanks.

Infopass will help where you stand on your GC. If your Name check clear then they will tell you how long it will take probably they will give approx date. Mine was pending and I took and they told me it will take 60 days but i got GC in lessthan 30 days. It is better Idea to take infopass appointment.
