I need to find out that under what circumstances can green Cardholder (USA)stay out of USA for more than a year? Anyone with the experience please Help. It's really Urgent.
 
Trueman999, what you want exactly? What do you mean circumstances? Can you tell your situation. If I know I will tell.

There are lot of reason one can stay out of USA. One of the common one is their personal issues. If they would like to stay with their family for quite a while, or for job purporse one can take a year or two year permission from INS and stay out of USA .

Actually frined of mine already used his permission last year, he again left the USA last year and now next week will mark his one year out of the country. I need to find out if he comes back to USA will h have any issue with the INS. If anyone has any recent experience please reply.
INS permission is not an option here!!!
