My husband, my son and I sent our I-485(s) together with I-140 to Vermont Center this Feb based on my NIW. But due to the fault of my lawyer, my huaband's I-485 got lost and we didn't receive his receipt notice. Then, the lawyer sent again my husband's form on April. I got my I-140 approval this Auguest. Strange thing is, my husband's I-485 has been transfered to Baltimore center by the end of this Oct and my son's and mine are still in resume/receive step. Two questions rise here: 1. How long will it take for my son' and mine to transfer or precess by INS after my husband's case has been inspected? 2.Does it mean that cases of my family have been sepreately processed by INS? What can I do if I don't get further information of my son's and my cases after 2or 3 months?
