Can anyone guess when September will formally start???

Good news to new comers with PERM labor certification, I140/I485 concurrent filing. But when the hell VSC will formally open the door to those 'dead' September cases? Anyone has a guess? I have zero confidence in this kind of luck-oriented event.
Any folk can make analysis?? September cases will be having one year anniversary soon and I just asked my employer this Friday to renew my EAD. What an ordeal, man (8 months I140 + 12 months I1485!! )

What is truly annoying is that VSC makes one group suffer all the way from the beginning to the end. Congratulations to Nov/Dec of 2001 and later, you guys will have a quick turn once this damn 09/2001 group is over.

My guess work is september in september. If you see aug. approvals, a couple of approvals were happen in May and June with RD 08/27. Now also we saw first approval of sep. with RD 09/27. If the same Aug. pattern continues, there might be a couple of sep. approvals in this month, but we can expect a flood of approvals in the next month. let's wait and see.
 
I guess full swing in couple of weeks as most of the aug cases are cleared.

Sept is expected to move faster as the number of cases are less compared to that of Aug.

You know pretty well that no amount of analysis can produce results that will match the working patterns of VSC. Sit tight and hope that your case be approved in the next couple of months.
 
I am hoping that the sep. cases will start in aug. 3 week.

Aug. filers, get lost with approvals fast man . :)
 
No one knows for sure when it will start...but from what i am looking at, i think it has started...we got 1 approval already...hope to hear some more approvals this week or the coming weeks...Hey guys, its still the start of the month...
