I got a rfe on "ability to pay". My lawyer replied to it.
In a week my online status changed to following.
On October 28, 2004, this case was transferred to our Administrative Appeals Office for review. That office will notify you of any further action taken on this case
I am surprised becoz my case is not denied yet it is send directly to AAO. And 485 message did not change not.
In this case can i do motion to reconsider?
