Can anybody help me understand how 1485 will be processed by SC. (VSC)

Hello to all Friends,

I have been reading this forum since my 1-140 got approved (july 23/04), I found this site very intellectual and imformative.
Actually I got an RFE in my 140, saying they wanted all my company's tax return for
couple years and mine too, also they asked typically if the company located in VA
howmany of totally employees are from vermont brach, I dont know how my attorney replied,
but I have my 2002 tax returns much less(50%) than what they filed in LC. And when
I asked them she said we have put all three yrs in the response, Miracles sly they
cleared my 140 in 15 days of response.

Now my question is about my 485, all ppl are saying in 485 they only ask about our personal
history not the professional back ground, may see for whether we are still with the current
empoyer or not?? like that,
If any of you know could you help me out how actually 485 stage go ahead???

I did not have so far my FP also, its been 1 yr in next month, when should
I expect my FP done??

would they be asking my 2002, 2003, and 2004 tax returns once again???
Is this kind off situation occurred to anybody?

Also how long more should I be with my current employer???
Any suggessions??? What should I do if I go for change employement?

Should I tell my company to use my EAD or not?
First of all how to know whether they are using my EAD or H1???

... Even people working at USCIS cannot answer this one.

... I received few days before I-140 approval (almost 10 months after filling I-485). I guess you might be getting soon.

... USCIS can ask anything. It's hard to guess what is required and what is not.

... You can use AC-21 right now if you have I-485 pending for over 180days.

... No. If you still have time left on H1-B, don't use EAD.
First of all how to know whether they are using my EAD or H1???
