The current processing dates report from NSC (Apr 07) says that they are adjudicating I140 "Skilled Worker or Professional" with dates of Aug 31 2003...

Then why all current I140 adjudications are the ones filed around Jan-Apr 2004?

I wonder, Is the Aug 31 2003 for concurrently filed applications???
 
There will always be certain cases that are difficult to adjudicate quickly. So the official dates include these cases giving a false impression that they are a lot further back than they really are. This week they appear to have started May 2004 concurrent cases.
