Can Anybody Explain this MSG

I enquired with VSC on case status on 4/26. Got this letter on Friday .

"Our records show that your 485 case EAC0414050XXXX is currently under review stage as of 4/21/05.Please allow a minimum of 45 to 60 days for the review process to be completed"

Can somebody tell what this means.Is it same as service consideration?
