Hi all,

can anybody doing two jobs with EAD.
I-140 is still pending. No FP yet.

can we do two jobs with EAD. One with GC employer another with somebody.

Does 2nd job need Offer letter?
Does 2nd job need AC21? do we need to inform to INS(NSC)?
Does 2nd job need same salary and Title as mentioned in GC Labor?

Any input is greatly appreciae.

You can work where ever you want in a second job on an EAD.


DON't need AC21, Don't need a offer letter, does not have to be the same as on the Labor Certification.

The moment you use EAD,you don't have the status of H1,if in your application you the principal filer. So using EAD also comes with its own issues if your i140 is not approved.
